Finding scholarships can be hard and easy at the same time. There are many many scholarships, but there are also many students. The more well known a scholarship is the more people you have to compete with for it. There are also several different kinds of scholarships.
Start off talking to the financial aid department at the school you want to attend. They have lots of documentation about the federal aide you should be able to get. Many schools also have scholarship funds that you may be eligible for.
Next, search your community. Many regional community orgaizations have scholarship funds including the Rotary, VFW, Freemasons, Boy Scouts, Church's, and more.
To make it to graduation you'll have to pay for school. For most, scholarships help offset the cost of tuition.
